The Hungarian government accepted the law modification that says, the social security tax was going to be decreased from 22% to 19.5%.This step was a part of the agreement taken by the Representatives of Government, Employers and Employees at the end of 2016. The agreement said that for 2018 the rate will lessen with 2%, but according to the Hungarian economic performance the Government decided to apply a bigger modification, so finally it is set at 19.5% wich is a minus of 2.5%
