Solid and safe seat service

Our virtual office service was started in 2012 and aims to establish headquarters, which are solid, well equipped, and meet the requirements of the Tax Office, for those of our clients whose activity does not require to have their own locations or offices. Our virtual office is considered to be safe according to the inner database of the Hungarian Tax Authority.

Plenty of companies providing virtual office services overcommit themselves and they register 200-300 enterprises for only one headquarters. Consequently such firms start using the virtual office that do not perform legal activities and their main goal is to hide the owners from the authorities. They draw the attention of the tax authorities, thus causing significant complications for legally working companies.

Our office does not cooperate with companies like these. We offer our virtual office services only for only well-known clients we have accountancy contract with. It is not permitted for companies to be registered that previously accumulated debts or did not hand in declarations.  The tax account statements are checked quarterly and if we find that tax debts and accounts payables are not settled, we abrogate the contract in order to guarantee the protection of our legally working clients.

Delivery agent services

Document keeping and delivery agent services are ensured on demand for those who use our service of virtual office. The task of a delivery agent is delivering packages for consigners who the authorities cannot come into contact with personally and directly.
