Creating reports in English
Since our establishment we have been continuously developing our reporting system, what we use for informing our clients about their company’s financial status. Our reports are prepared and submitted in English with the frequency chosen by the partner each month or each quarter. Basically we recommend our self-developed reporting package, which is a detailed Profit and Loss Statement with the chosen frequency breakdown, and contains an estimation on the expected yearly result and the comparison of the already paid and expected yearly taxes based on the passed period. Naturally the outstanding list and the payable supplier list are part of the reporting package.
There is a possibility to demand an extended reporting package, which contains the Balance Sheet for the last day of the period beside the profit and loss statements and the tax prediction. In case of bigger companies, particularly if they are involved to consolidation we usually work with the reporting files and analytics provided by the Client or its financial center. Our accounting ERP contains varied queries and lists, and its theme-topic and cost-center settlements give us the base to submit correct information and documents to the right persons including managing directors, auditors, head office or controllers.
