Efficiency enhancement with integrated system
In case of more and more partners come into question the possibility of making an integrated platform for company’s own financial system and accountancy. This solution has many benefits as the financial reports and figures (bank, cash desk, advances, partner accounts) can be queried by the Client directly.
The time of recording of economic events are getting closer to the time when they happened, and so the financial reports can be prepared much faster. However, introducing a system requires great care. The needs of the Client, start-up and ongoing costs, must be mapped and realistically evaluated whether the integrated system can be successfully implemented.
System introduction with experience
Perscriptor Accounting Office works only with the Big Machinator Enterprise Management System developed by ProgEn Kft. So we can offer its introduction to our partners as well. Our office has been using this software for many years now and has become the biggest accountancy office partner of the software developer.
During the implementation, we appoint one of our chief accountant as project manager and he will take the lead of the task with ProgEn Kft and the responsible person appointed by the Partner. We will only arm the system if we have been convinced that we can achieve the desired result and benefit.
From the client’s side, the finance colleague / colleagues must be involved in the project and, in the case of warehousing activity exists, the warehouse keeper too.
Our accountancy office introduces the ERP system on an average of 1-2 companies per year, and so far all of our projects have been successful and the joint use of the software has made it easier to cooperate with our larger partners.
