Payroll calculation and the labour services require special knowledge and professional skills, so our office it is an independent service area provided by the dedicated payroll managers. The tasks related to payroll are based on precise job records.

Keeping the attandence sheets, holidays, absenteeism must always be done at the Consigner, but we are happy to help. Our software is very well suited for recording these employees and their working hours, it complies with all the legal requirements. It provides opportunity for fixed-rate, hourly and payroll records as well as sick pay accounts for business over 100 employees, where the sick allowances are counted.

Labour inquiries and reports help significant the financial planning and controlling tasks as well. As in the field of accountancy, we also undertake specific special reports in the field of employment.

Our office has considerable experience in planning, calculating and booking of non-wage allowances, and working out tax strategy for employee benefits.

What does our payroll service include?

Within the framework of monthly labour tasks, we mainly carry out the following tasks:

  • calling for tax declaration the employees when they enter and in the beginning of each year,
  • guiding the labour and tax records of insured persons,
  • working out and handling the working time frame system,
  • keep relationship with the workers,
  • handling the entry and exit of employees, preparing of the relevant documents, entry and exit papers,

  • preparing cafeteria declaration and register,
  • handling the documentation of the maternity leaves and allowances,
  • preparing reports to the Statistical Authority,
  • providing official representation at authorities,
  • applications for tax numbers and social security numbers,
  • preparing a yearly information leaflet for our customers’ employees on the tax return opportunities,
  • issuing the tax certificates for the workers,
  • issuing the social security certificates to the insured persons (health insurance, pension charge and unemployment taxes),
  • preparing work contracts and service contracts to our partners’ colleagues.
