The introduction of preventive measures – Important informations 2020.03.16.

Dear Client,

We would like to update you about our introductions of the preventive measures according to the epidemiological situation.

As we already informed you our office building are not accepting visitors for an uncertain period of time since today, but regarding the current uncertain situation our company is forced to switch to “home office” working schedule to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers.

For some of our colleagues this change is happening already this week, but starting next week all of our colleagues will be doing their tasks exclusively in home office until the situation returns to normal.

We would like to ask all our dear clients to not forward any files to our office in person or by post from now on, as we will be unable to take over them in the near future. We would like to request from everybody to send these documents to the designated accountant by scanned or photographed form (all documents scanned separately if possible). If you are unable to solve the give over of the documentation any other way but in physical form, then please consult with your dedicated accountant about where you should send the package. We would like to inform you that our main communication channel remains the e-mail, please contact the chief accountants on their mobile phones and/or the dedicated accountants on skype (instead of the office landline) only in very urgent cases. You can find the skype contact info of our colleagues in the e-mail signatures of each accountants in the future.

If you have any questions regarding the above-mentioned please contact your dedicated accountants, they will explain everything in details.

We are very sorry if we causing you any inconvenience and we are very grateful for your understanding and cooperation.

Whose registration do we need to hand in reports?

We are liable for our own work, which means we use our own customer portal registrations instead of the registrations of our clients. Therefore, we need authorizations to hand in your reports.

It means that in the case of paying any fines not our clients are involved, but we are.

Does our office have liability insurance?

Yes, we do. We have a liability insurance from the starting of our company that is modified every year according to the income and the workforce. We have not suffered any damages since the establishment of our company, nevertheless, having a liability insurance means safety for our clients and for us as well.

When is the right time to change accountant?

The best time to change your accountant is after closing of the business year, thus, it is sure the accountancy documents are approved. Inasmuch as it is not possible, then it is advisable to do so after the VAT period. If it is not possible and you need to change immediately, our office owns all sorts of protocols to help you.

When am I obliged to hand in the accountancy documents?

The date of handing in accountancy documents depends on the deadlines and the amount of the documents. Our office prefers to receive these documents at the beginning of every month, even in the case of smaller companies, thus, it is avoided to accumulate documents. However, it is possible to hand in documents in the middle of the months on demand. According to our contracts, the last documents of the reference month have to be sent by 10th of the following month, though, if required it is possible to change this deadline.
